I booked a double room, expecting one large bed. Upon arrival, there were two separate beds (a disappointment). The reception staff said they would change it the next day. They never did. There was no apology or discount for this error (I found that surprising).

The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good selection.

The gym facilities cost extra, though I expected them to be included. It was inconvenient to pay extra for something usually standard. This added an unexpected cost to my stay.

good selection helpful staff travel options bad service missing iron absent information

The hotel breakfast offered a good selection. I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. The location is outside the main city center. There ARE good travel options nearby.

The service at the reception was VERY bad. I asked twice for an iron and did not get it. The people working at the reception did not tell us about facilities. Housekeeping did not clean our room.
