I booked a double room, expecting one large bed. Upon arrival, there were two separate beds (a disappointment). The reception staff said they would change it the next day. They never did. There was no apology or discount for this error (I found that surprising).

The hotel breakfast offered a good selection. I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. The location is outside the main city center. There ARE good travel options nearby.
The service at the reception was VERY bad. I asked twice for an iron and did not get it. The people working at the reception did not tell us about facilities. Housekeeping did not clean our room.

i found the staff to be very cute. the facilities were super clean. the breakfast had lots of variety for me to choose from.
The parking lot was very small. the room cards stopped working a couple of times. I needed to have them recoded. the room felt relatively dark, with no light on the ceiling but only near the beds.

The hotel provided a delicious and varied breakfast. i especially enjoyed the live piano music in the lobby bar during the morning and evening. upon departure, i received a magnet and a voucher as a gift. It was a very nice touch. i was upgraded to a spacious room, a pleasant surprise.
the wifi signal was occasionally patchy.
